With years of experience in motorsport, Ross Forbes and Odin Motorsport have announced theyre backing young talent with sponsoring Jensen Engelhardt.

Odin Motorsport Australia are proud to come onboard as sponsors of Tyrepower V8 SuperUtes team JKD Racing and young gun Jensen Engelhardt.

Odin Motorsport’s Ross Forbes has built a close association with Jensen and Team Principal Dean Brooking over the past few years, with Jensen testing the Odin Motorsport Gloria Jeans RX8 back in January 2025. After loving the RX8 experience with Odin Motorsport Australia, Jensen ran his own car in the opening round of the RX8 Cup Series at Phillip Island in March where he achieved three top ten results.

The relationship between the teams goes back even further, with JKD Racing crewing for Odin Motorsport at Winton Raceway during Round 3 of the RX8 Cup in 2024, when Ross Forbes piloted the ex-Optus car of Ben Shaw.

Jensen, Kirsten, Gavin, Dean and the entire JKD Racing crew have become more than competitors; they’re genuine racing mates.

Ross and the team at Odin Motorsport see enormous value in supporting up-and-coming drivers like Jensen, and remain passionate about backing the next generation of Australian motorsport talent.
