Simona De Silvestro to Drive for Kiro Race Co in Pioneering Formula E Women’s Test

Simona De Silvestro is set to steer and Gen3 Spec Formula E at the All Women’s Test on November 7th. De Silvestro has got an extensive background in Formula E, IndyCar, Formula 1 and of course Supercars.

De Silvestro expressed her enthusiasm, stating that she looks forward to collaborating with Kiro Race Co and contributing to their development efforts. Her dual pursuit of bobsleigh training with the Italian National Team ahead of the 2026 Winter Olympics adds an intriguing layer to her already impressive career.

“I’m thrilled to join Kiro Race Co for the Formula E Women’s Test,” said De Silvestro.

The upcoming Women’s Test in Valencia promises to be historic, featuring an all-female driver lineup across multiple teams, and showcasing the new GEN3 Evo race cars. This test not only highlights the talent of women in motorsport but also the advancements in racing technology, including enhanced performance and all-wheel drive capabilities.
